Small Make-up Tricks That Can Go A Long Way

Here is a bunch of stuff I have tried on myself and friends and seems to have worked perfectly fine. Keep reading sistas!

1. How to make tiny lips look plump: 

 Take a little matte brown eye shadow and lightly shade just below the center of your bottom lip, this gives shape  and makes the center of your lips more in focus.

You could also try, using a little shimmery powder highlighter in the center of your top and bottom lips.

2. Easy sultry eyes:

Combine a little black eyeliner in with your concealer and apply it to your eyelid for a simple smokey eye. Finish the look off with black mascara and eyeliner.

3. Finding the perfect pink shade:

The perfect pink shade for you will be a colour that matches the inside of your gums, a little brighter is okay to but avoid going lighter or you will look pale and tired.

4. Wear perfume correctly:

Don’t use perfume on your neck, décolletage or the back of your ears. Most perfumes contain alcohol which makes the skin more sensitive to Silverlight so when it comes into contact with the sun it results in pigmentation.

5. Best time to wear make-up:

 Apply your makeup after a hot bath, as the warmth stimulates your blood flood and the steam pushes out impurities from your skin, which helps your makeup to glide on more smoothly.

Girl’s got baggage.

Yes everyone’s got baggage but it’s easier when the baggage is stylish. OCD met someone who has lots of stylish baggage and also like distributing it. Meet Pria. She is the designer for Lavie bags. OCD asked a few questions and this is what she replied.
OCD: How important is a bag in a woman’s life?
Pria: A women’s bag is her best friend even more than diamonds! With my faithful bag by my side I am a Superwoman!

OCD:  If your bag could hold a solution for anything, what would you wish it be and for what?
Pria: If I could have a magic salon in my bag I would never have a bad hair day! I wish I could wash, condition and style my hair anytime anywhere…sigh…

OCD: If your bag could be big enough to hold any object in it, what would you carry around with you everywhere?
Pria: My cat Neo. i love him sooo much and miss him when i am away for the whole day.

OCD: Which according to you is the ideal bag? Does LAVIE have it?
Pria: My ideal bag is just like me. It does all the working hard and partying hard and still looks hot no matter what. I love the Lavie Neroli shoulder bag…it is in a spanking new Tangerine colour which is my favourite!

OCD: Can a LAVIE bag become a woman’s best friend?

OCD: Lastly, what do you have in your bag currently?
Pria: OMG! I carry my entire world in my bag! The book Life of Pi, my cell phone, my I-pod, my secret diary and my lucky pen, my MAC lip gloss and eye pencil, keys on a Kipling furry monkey key chain, hand sanitiser, and wallet with a photo of my sweet heart and Neo my cat, cash and cards.
